$NVDA Chief Executive Jensen Huang and $DELL Chief Executive Michael Dell are scheduled to deliver a joint keynote at Dell’s annual event on 18 May. The appearance is expected to focus heavily on AI infrastructure, as the two companies continue expanding their partnership across servers, accelerated computing, and enterprise data center systems.

$SOFI is reportedly expanding into the U.K. through the acquisition of most of PrimaryBid, a British fintech platform focused on retail investor access to IPOs. PrimaryBid previously raised roughly $250 million from investors including SoftBank and the London Stock Exchange Group.

Nokia Federal Solutions $NOK just co-developed a battlefield 5G tower with Anduril — deployable in under three hours, no external power, runs on Lattice. Simultaneously partnered with Lockheed Martin on modular 5G for military vehicles. Simultaneously embedded in NATO counter-drone architecture across Belgium. This is not a telecom company anymore. The sell-side has zero defense revenue in any Nokia forecast through 2028. Zero. Anduril alone is on a path to $4.3B in revenue this year with a rumored $20B Army contract in negotiation — and Nokia’s radios are inside the stack. The market is up 146% in twelve months. The models haven’t caught up yet.

$CRWV is on track to grow revenue nearly sevenfold in two years. Every major model being built today is rationed by the same thing: access to chips. And the chips are not arriving fast enough. They never do.

$LITE is moving to expand its role in the buildout of artificial intelligence infrastructure. The company plans to construct a new laser fabrication facility in North Carolina, focused on indium phosphide (InP) optical components used in high-speed data transmission within AI data centres. NVIDIA is expected to be among its key customers, with production anticipated to ramp by mid-2028. The development reflects the growing demand for advanced optical systems as AI workloads continue to scale.
