ios上的隐藏app功能真的很棒，大大减少了我被手机打断的次数。 主要隐藏了微信，还有其他经常使用的app，现在都一周了，并没有因为没即时收到通知而耽误重要的事，反而现在收到通知会觉得不舒服。 在这个时代管理好自己的注意力真的很重要。

这两天来江西婺源参加气排球的社会指导员培训，发现这是一座很美的城市，整体绿化很好，晚上夜跑很舒适。

使用了gemini3的live功能后，感觉我以后要失业了，这以后也不需要教练了，运动员有什么技术动作上的问题直接视频问ai就好了，随时随地纠正技术动作，出的训练计划也更科学。 我准备就像小红书博主快乐的颖小妹一样，搞个胸带把手机挂胸口，队员有啥动作问题直接让gemini看，然后给它解答，太机智了。
