@JCRyle Increased attendance by a good bit. No mention. We won’t be back. Christ has to be the root of the message but not to address this is cowardly. Charlie lived…and died…for his faith.

Did your church/pastor mention Charlie Kirk today? If so, what was said? Did your church increase in attendance?

@JCRyle In lots of these responses, there seems to be this idea that if Charlie Kirk (or anyone except Jesus, for that matter) was mentioned, then that nullified the gospel being preached. Where did we get this idea from? Even Paul engaged the culture and then introduced Jesus. So do I.

Trust is the foundation of any healthy, lasting relationship. AI and the digitally manipulative age we are in has all the likelihood of dismantling & destroying our ability to trust. Results incoming.

Doubt follows many people like a shadow. But what if doubt is far more beneficial than some tag-along we can't shake? Should we even seek to shake it? What good does doubt do in our lives? Here's my take. jerrythinks.com/2025/03/05/red…

If worry was a stock, no one would ever buy it. Why then do we invest so much energy in something that gives zero dividends and never could?

Leaders: Don’t expect programs to shift culture. Programs are only indicators of current culture. If you want to impact organizational culture, you must do the molecular work. Culture is molecular.

Don’t lament what fell short for you in 2024. Don’t bemoan the messes left untidied up. Don’t dare dwell on what could’ve been. That’ll just slow you down. Instead… Look for where gaps between ideal and reality are inviting you. After all… There’s a mess in every message.

#Leadership isn’t as much about making decisions that move the mission forward as it is about empowering and equipping others to make decisions that move the mission forward.
