@CenturyLinkHelp Routine on your app rebooting the router and testing line. The download speed is improved but erratic and the upload speed is about half of what it should be but also varies by 25 to 40% depending upon the minute of the day. This has been an ongoing issue for a month & we’re done

@CenturyLinkHelp On February 20 I had a service failure. It took almost a week for a technician to come out and fix the line on the outside. I had to wait all day for him to show up. I’m a real estate agent who works from home and eventually had to simply leave while he was working.

@avantassessment Over 2 hours into the allotted time, my student has not yet started their STAMP Test, due to a massive failure of @ProctortrackPro. They did not even try to reply to the 1st 4 voicemail messages, multiple emails & the “tech support“ DM was worthless.
