Today I hosted the "HRM and AI" session of the Advanced Studies in HRM PhD course @DutchHRMNetwork - very interesting discussions about the use and ethics of AI in the field of HRM.

Looking forward to our symposium (organized together with Marc van Veldhoven, Karina Van De Voorde, discussion leaded by @KaifengJiang) on 'Employee perceptions of HR practices and its relationship with employee well-being and performance' as part of the #AoM2021 conference.
