Today I hosted the "HRM and AI" session of the Advanced Studies in HRM PhD course @DutchHRMNetwork - very interesting discussions about the use and ethics of AI in the field of HRM.

New (open access): Technostress in care settings is often underestimated. We find technostress increases exhaustion and reduces quality of care. Leaders can mitigate such concerns...but also introduce new complexity. With @jeskevanbeurden @MartineCoun
