@demolecularized @MikeMcC5680 Oh yeah. A classic “boer” breakfast is FRIED. Fried eggs, fried tomatoes, fried eggplant, fried banana, fried bacon, fried sausages, fried bread (in the fat from the bacon and sausages) Maybe a bit of Lyle’s Golden Syrup on that fried bread. And plenty of salt.
