@Marshzky When you’re going that much to the gym, I’d recommend trying to hit everything twice a week. My buddy that does that exact split says if your going that much to try and double up every muscle in the week.

*Attention Gym Rats* I’ve recently started a new split and want some opinions on it. - Chest & Biceps - Quads & Calves - Back & Triceps - Glutes & Hammies - Shoulders & Abs I also switch between incline walk and sprints each gym session. Thoughts?
