
@FedExHelp Your phone tree is unusable, your support site is unusable, I realize you don't want to spend any money on support and would rather automate everything but there's got to be a way for a customer to ask a person for help when an issue comes up that your AI slop can't handle. My package has been listed as 'on the way' for 4 days now. The package location is listed as in my city. I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP PLEASE.
