Sunday tradition of @marksandspencer cafe after sons football.. the new tradition is also me never eating due to the apparent lack of gluten free options in their cafe. Plenty of food for the lifestyle choice (vegan) but none for the medical restrictions. Really poor

@Wolves I brought this shirt less than a week ago, it’s been washed once (not tumbled) and already the letters are peeling. It had to be sorted in store as was peeling I’m really disappointed in the quality considering the price. We live in Oxford so are unable to bring it back

Wow! @marksandspencer have really gone down in my estimations today.. my 5 year old brought his dads Easter egg tonight, as he scanned it he dropped and it smashed.. the lady working at the self serve looked, chuckled then walked away.. leaving one sad little boy

Two weeks ago a made a complaint to @Better_UK after there swimming instructor refused to let my son out of the pool to go to the toilet…. Wonder how long (and how many emails ) it will take them to get back to me…
