@natsturner youtu.be/I0uZD6n7fIw 1. I was the purchaser of this card. It somehow alluded EBay Authentication but PSA refused to grade. Long story short I have been back and forth with EBay and PSA since I was sent this video. I am in possession of the Jokic card now…

4. eBay has told me so many different things as I’ve sat on the phone with them for hours each day only for the last agent to say this is PSA who has to issue the return since I paid for grading their system does not allow eBay to start a return due to failed EBay Authentication

3. She’s has gone first 6 days without replying to me, and I was told by a phone rep she closed my case. Now it has been 3 more days since I requested escalation and no response. This is not her fault or any reps fault but it is incredibly frustrating.

2. The card is very clearly faked with a stamp not matching my other First Card 1/1s. I have sat on the phone on hold for hours to be told to just keep emailing the woman assigned to my case and request escalation…

This gentleman went to get a quick bite to eat, he ordered his sandwich the way he wanted it and when the employee rung him up, he tried to give the cash. The employee became annoyed and told him that due to a system problem, they couldn’t take cash and told him he would be throwing his sandwich away. The gentleman even said that since it was an issue on their end could he just get the sandwich for free since it’s not his fault they couldn’t accept cash and the employee became even more annoyed and said no. I have a feeling the employee was annoyed because he knew it was his fault he didn’t let the customer know beforehand what was going on, shouldn’t the employee just let him have the sandwich though?
