Today I witnessed something that hasn’t left my mind.
A bike man hit a school girl while she was trying to cross the road.
The road was good.
Clear. Smooth. No potholes. No traffic jam.
So what went wrong?
She looked both ways.
He was speeding.
It happened so fast… and for a moment, everything just froze.
I keep asking myself:
Why are we always in such a hurry?
What is so urgent that a child’s safety becomes secondary?
Do we even realize how close we are to changing someone’s life forever in seconds?
It wasn’t just an accident.
It felt like a reflection of how impatient we’ve become.
What do you think causes this?
Pressure? Carelessness? Lack of consequences?
Because good roads clearly aren’t the problem.
