For all the talk of DSR, RPI appears to still be king for the committee… Each of the 16 regional hosts are ranked inside the top 18 of the RPI, according to Warren Nolan. USC (No. 9) and Ole Miss (No. 16) got left out in favor of West Virginia (No. 17) and Kansas (No. 18).

I wouldn't even really call it is a surprise, but the committee gives the nod to @HailStateBB for a host spot over Arkansas. I preferred Arkansas' overall body of work + H2H, but am just fine with the MSU choice. I love that the committee rewarded @WVUBaseball for an A+ season.

Tonight, #Arkansas will welcome back former Hog pitching coach Wes Johnson, who is now the Head Coach at Georgia. DVH said Johnson was "upset" when he decided to leave and coach with the Twins. "I think he loved working for Arkansas. And I think he liked working for me." #WPS

The greatest game of the season was taken from us by the refs. Fouled out 4 players. When we only had a 7 man rotation. They doubled us up on Free throws and won by 2. Arkansas was robbed. No way around it.
