@jgallimore8 If you think what Prince did was "shred", I'm sorry... you just aren't listening to enough guitarists. He did decent, tasteful solos, but we shouldn't overstate it.

I find it so weird that Prince went from reasonably big music star, to irrelevant, to parody of himself, back to irrelevant, to dragged out of retirement, then deemed a once in a generation musical genius by the hipsters after his death.
