Sería estupendo que @Adif_es explicase cómo es posible que en la flamante nueva estación de tren de Santiago de Compostela no quepan los viajeros. Que las colas lleguen a la calle cada vez que sale un AVE. Varias veces al día. En una estación nueva. Que se colapse toda la estación cuando el AVE coincide con los trenes de Vigo y A Coruña, cosa que ocurre varias veces al día. Que el control de seguridad sea diminuto para la carga de viajeros normal y el personal tenga que hacer milagros para el control de billetes. Que la gente que necesita coger todos los días el corredor atlántico para trabajar o estudiar se vea inmersa en un caos diario de una estación tremendamente mal diseñada donde un andén lleno de viajeros se evacúa por UNA SOLA ESCALERA MECÁNICA (más un ascensor y una escalera convencional). Que en una ciudad gallega alguien brillante haya decidido que una estación totalmente abierta es una buena idea. Que a una de las ciudades con más tráfico turístico por tren de España (por los miles de peregrinos que llegan o se marchan CADA DÍA) se le construya una estación nueva más pequeña que la de ciudades que apenas tiene tráfico de alta velocidad. He leído elogios al diseño de esta estación. Supongo que son personas que no la usan a diario. Ignoro si la culpa es de quien puso las condiciones o de quienes han hecho un diseño arquitectónico totalmente absurdo (en la línea, eso sí, de otras estaciones inútiles y carísimas que se han construido últimamente o están en construcción). Lo que parece claro es que ninguna de las personas responsables coge el tren con cierta frecuencia. La estación vieja cubría esta misma demanda de forma notablemente más cómoda, lo que resulta bastante llamativo tras el coste y el tiempo de obras de este desastre de infraestructura que se ha perpetrado en Santiago. No soy de quejarme de cosas de mi día a día en redes. Pero como la mayoría de gente que viajamos en tren con frecuencia en Galicia, creo que alguien tendría que dar alguna explicación por haberse gastado el dinero en una estación nueva que empeora las prestaciones de la vieja y ha nacido ya obsoleta en su capacidad. Eso sí: han reservado espacio para una tienda de una conocida cadena de regalos. Esperas el tren hacinado pero puedes comprarte cacharritos low cost. Enhorabuena.
