It's #WMIC2021 week and we're excited to present some of our latest #photoacoustic research! Congrats to Emma Brown for her @WIMIN_WMIS scholar award 😀 #proudPI. Such a shame to miss out on seeing everyone in person, but we hope for a reunion next year. Presentation info 👇

@asHauptmann @NewtonInstitute It's so nice that some events are returning to in-person :) Your abstract sounds super interesting! I was always wondering how to properly define a hybrid problem for image reconstruction. Do you happen to already have a paper out on the methods @asHauptmann you presented?

In times of Covid-19 it is more important to stay home than to go to science slams, so I thought I could share mine: Deep learning in der Medizin #dgmp2019 Science Slam Stuttgart m.youtube.com/watch?v=r_uwmc…

In light of #COVID19, people are mistakenly questioning the importance of their research. We don't want or need everyone researching infectious diseases. We cannot predict the future. Diversity of expertise was and is critical for facing all unknown challenges ahead.
