Lily Holland won 6-1, 6-0 to finish 5th at State Tennis. She is a 4X State Tennis place winner. Outstanding!

A year ago, we were celebrating our first, and only, win of the season. Today, we celebrate our fifth win of the season, 7-2 over Waterloo West! So proud of these guys! 👊🏻🎾🔥

And another one! The J-Hawks traveled crosstown to Kennedy and take the win, 7-2, to improve their season record to 4 and 2. Jeff is back at it tomorrow when they travel north to take on Waterloo West. Every varsity player won at least one match tonight! Let’s go! 👊🏻🎾🔥

Another day, another split! The J-Hawks’ Saturday in Iowa City brought a win over Iowa City High, 5-4 and a loss to City West. After two long days, Jefferson’s record now sits at 3-2. All seven players won matches today. Now for some well deserved rest! 👊🏻🎾🔥

Long, fun day concluding with a win at Ankeny, 5-4, in the afternoon. Season record improves to 2-1. Kudos to Parker Holland for beating two state qualifiers from last year! On to City High and City West tomorrow! 👊🏻🎾🔥

@ZachLowe_NBA On one hand, Bucks need exactly what Middleton does (shooting presence, spacing, defensive flexibility)...on the other, a never healthy 33 year old being so important for them is maybe as damning as anything we can say about them. GA for Garland/Allen? Dame for Reaves/Russell?

Another *extremely* disconcerting loss for the Bucks last night. Sure, some bad shooting luck (9/42 on 3s), but absolutely run off the floor. Every team making a point to bully MIL guards. More teams putting Dame in ball screens. Ton of demoralized body language/miscommuniction
