The best hitters I’ve worked with know how to reset before each pitch. Comment “3” for my ‘3 Step Checklist to Master The Time Between Pitches’ 📈 Not before each at bat, or game. Each pitch. Not just mechanically, mentally, too. You can’t hit with a crowded head. Let the last pitch or at-bat go. One pitch at a time. One slow breath at a time. What do you think when you look at this facility? I think, the right kids play there. The kids that could care less about vanity, NIL or facilities and are highly intentional about becoming the best version of themselves, on and off the field. and One of the best coaching staffs in college baseball calls that facility home. and The Air Force Academy has a track record of producing outstanding baseball players and human beings.

I watched our KU fan base do the same thing to Jalon. Turns out he actually had issues (who would’ve thought). No one is out here “faking injuries” give them grace man. 😂
