Good! As she should be 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 And Vrabel needs to be held accountable as well. He shouldn’t get a pass. He’s in a position of power & has a lot of influence. As professionals they should know better. I don’t see how DR survives this. Her credibility is shot to hell.

So...this isn't a good approach. Decision making is domain specific. Someone hesitating on ice cream tells us nothing about if they'll hesitate as a QB. Research shows we choose different strategies based on the context. In simple terms, our brain isn't dumb...

Really illuminating quote from Oregon QB coach Koa Ka’ai about the mental make up they look for in a QB: “I ask them a question like this all the time. ‘Hey do you like chocolate ice cream or vanilla ice cream?’ The moment a kid pauses, I don’t really want that kid because you need to have some kind of conviction… If you sit there and say, ‘Oh coach, I don’t know’… What is this kid going to do on third down in front of 110,000? He’s probably going to think about it more than he should.”
