I've heard Kansas has made a series of behind-the-scenes moves over the last month that created a viable path to land the Royals in KCK. #Royals Owner, John Sherman, let the cat out of the bag regarding those ongoing negotiations with Kansas to @PeteMundo this morning. As far as the #Chiefs, they don't care if the baseball team joins them in KCK. They already got what they wanted. I think by June 1st, we'll all know!

We are shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of Terrance Gore. A member of the back-to-back AL champion and 2015 World Series champion Kansas City Royals, Gore played eight Major League seasons in all from 2014-2022. He also appeared for the Cubs, Dodgers, Braves, and Mets. The speedy outfielder and pinch-running specialist stole 43 bases in his regular season career while only being caught nine times. He was 5-for-6 in Postseason stolen base attempts and stole 324 bases in 11 Minor League seasons. Gore was 34 years old.

Super Bowl games outdoors in the daylight and on natural grass are a beautiful thing. We need more of them.
