My Ashley was 13 in this picture & should have turned 25 today. Ashley wanted to become a Veterinarian, get Married & have Children but #BrainCancer took her life. Even though Ashley is not here on Earth with us anymore, she is STILL making a difference in so many families life’s. Suicide knows no boundaries. The pain and guilt it causes knows no limits. Better support needs to be available for our young people and their families from NHS to support mental health. Even improved signposting could make a difference. It may have saved my beautiful boy Matt 🩵

Currently reading Andy’s section. Incredible the number of people who were joining them sharing their own experience of how suicide has impacted them. We didn’t realise when we joined them as well as their own pain they were selflessly sharing in so many others. Thanks to all 3 x
