@ShihchengGuo Thank you! Yes, we did some rare variant burden tests around the CXCL12 for coding region but no significant results came up. We are waiting for more data from clinics and plan to proceed more tests for both coding and non-coding regions, and also other tests you mentioned here.

Congrats, Jiayan! ✨This is truly impressive work! I’m curious if coding variants in CXCL12 also demonstrate evidence of association or functional impact. Have any rare variant burden tests been conducted? I’d also like to know if there are any traits significantly influenced by CXCL12 in phenotype-wide MR or TWAS?
