I know a guy who does this crazy stuff. When his trade starts going against his expectations, he switches to the 1-minute chart and starts drawing unnecessary lines (calling them support and resistance), trying to convince me: “Look, it will reverse from here.” I’m like, “Bro, it’s your trade and your money—why are you trying so hard to convince me?” And in the end, every single time, he loses those trades. It’s just basic human psychology—when someone knows the likely outcome but still wants to believe a false narrative, they seek validation from others.
