My students pay so much attention to me it’s pretty cool. They could see I wasn’t feeling my best so they asked to help lead the class in MANY ways. From problem of the day to making sure everyone raised their hand during the lesson.(so I wouldn’t have a headache) lol

I’m just saying. Many are intimidated when they are observed but I’m grateful for @jillbjoy and @talbert_angie. They care about me as a whole, not just an employee. Thank you for “seeing me” yesterday. #leadership
