@FLOWJamaica I spoke to a rep via WhatsApp about an hour ago. The resolution is still pending. Apparently the upgrade was initiated and not completed and so that has caused me to be without cable service.

@FLOWJamaica It has been a horrible experience with flow. I have paid close to $7000 per month for a 2mb internet service and when I ask for an upgrade it can’t be done immediately. I’ll have to wait for up to 7 days.
