Well, this aged like milk.

Farewell Mali, our country's lone elephant, who spent most of her 49 years in a zoo pen. Despite petitions and campaigns to move/free her to a sanctuary in Thailand or the US, no action was taken. May she rest in peace without being taxidermied.

Manila Zoo should’ve made an altar or a memorabilia/exhibit area for Mali, rather than making a taxidermy out of the elephant. A fate worst than death, to serve forever for human spectacle.

As we predicted. No rest, even in death.
