Everyone I inform that the best advice is for me to move to Minneapolis is absolutely shocked by the stance of St Paul!

@MayorCarter @elonmusk We live in an old part of St Paul without a driveway so have to park on the street. We are being denied an electrical encroachment permit to put a charger at the roadside to charge a Tesla. It’s about time St Paul catch up to the rest of the world!
