I was sorry to learn today of the passing of Jerry McDonnell, a bookmaker from Clonmel. Jerry and his son were very kind and friendly to me when i was trying to sort a lift to Fairyhouse in February. He seemed in good health then. Condolences to his family, may he rest in peace.
