On top of that, my job has been draining me mentally and emotionally, and I don’t feel fulfilled by it anymore. I think everything together has left me feeling stuck, disconnected, and overwhelmed.

I’ve barely kept up with friends or relatives, and I’ve isolated myself more than I realized. I had slowly started getting back into going to the gym and trying to take care of myself again, but now I’m feeling low and it’s hard to find that momentum again.

I feel like I’ve become really disconnected from everything lately because for the past six months I’ve poured so much of my energy into my hyperfixation. It’s brought me a lot of joy, but also a lot of emotional exhaustion.
