Two years on… Two years ago today I was diagnosed with MND. As far as statistics are concerned, I had a 50% chance of living up to this point but I am still here and despite the complete decline in my physical body, I am pleased to be here. I wrote a poem last year to mark the first year after my diagnosis and so I thought I would do the same thing this year. I will keep going every year I can. P.S. It’s coming home 😁

@chrisjonespress @BathRugby @SaintsRugby I would guess that as impact measured on gumshield and assessed by pitchside Dr, that there was no need for HIA. Not sure why so many people think there must be a HIA in every case if there are no signs or indicators of possible concussion

Beno Obano @BathRugby receives four game ban - reduced to three for taking the usual course - after RFU hearing following his sending off against @SaintsRugby in the Prem final. Obano admitted foul play but said the tackle did not meet red card threshold. He lost that argument.

We are currently on scene close to Junction 26 of the #A12. Officers were called shortly after 11:15am following a concern for safety of a man on a bridge. The road has been temporarily closed whilst officers remain on scene.

@spikestweeting @LewisMoody7 @davidflatman @TomShanklin The ITV coverage and lack of replays has been appalling. Compared to Sky or even 6 nations it is just dreadful. Loads of head high collisions uust being ignored.

@LewisMoody7 @davidflatman @TomShanklin I think one issue is the lack of replays on TV as it often feels like these inform the TMO to check things. The head on head with Biggar was a clear red for me but it wasn't looked at. The problem is inconsistency between referees not the individual performance of one.

If there was s one question post Wales v Fiji, I'd love to understand why Wales got so may warnings after repeated infringements and Fiji had 1 infringement and an imidiate yellow.? @davidflatman @TomShanklin Thoughts?
