@BritishAirwaysT my uncle&aunt’s Jan. 5 flight from RDU to Nairobi couldn’t check in b/c their 2 separate COVID tests both got delayed by the outbreak. AA agents neglected to do anything in the system to prevent the eventual No Show status. See case 22602981

We contacted all involved parties, BA (main operator), AA (first leg operator), and Expedia (booking agent), no one were willing to help us get back the money we lost due to no fault of our own.

Despite arriving at the airport 3 hours before the flight, and twice talking with the AA agents at the counter, first taking their advice to wait until 10:15 before deciding to rebook, then asking them to rebook at 10:00, we were eventually marked as No Show in the system
