@jiobit customer service so bad , my device had issues since January 2024 , the care team couldn’t find out the problem they offered sending me a replacement, after that they sent me the UPS tracking numbers , but they never ship out

@jiobit it's interesting you guys have a Twitter account but can't answer an urgent customer support question in the 24-48 hrs. Most of your competitors have LIVE support 24/7. I have *two* non-functioning devices and pay for two full, separate monthly plans.

@jiobit disappointed in the support from jiobit. Device broke and the chat bot takes you round and round with no solution. Asks you the same questions without resolving it. Keep getting charged with no way out.

@jiobit Once download the app, I was banned . You are not able to even make a phone call to jiobit. I really had high hopes for the device until I got banned where the check out does. Be aware when you download the app you will get banned right away . A huge disappointment.

@jiobit Will you be investing in customer support with real people on the line that can help? Product is worthless if cannot connect and yes’s I have reset and cell service is not the issue. Believe it’s a data plan issue or defective product. I can’t get a call back.

@jiobit why can I not pay my subscription annually (or for the 2year term) one time ie $107.88 per year or $215.76 for the full term. I DO NOT like you debating my card monthly. I have NO control over these charges. And the possibility of interrupted service is too important.

@IslandDustin If you're with them, you most likely won't be able to use live mode if they are within bluetooth range. I would recommend the WiFi fence as you can control the range and have the notifications begin sooner and that way you can use Live Mode- bit.ly/3B6bydN

@jiobit "Keep in mind, Live Mode is not available when the Jiobit is at a Trusted Place or connected to you or a Care Team Member’s phone." So, can I start tracking a walk before I leave my home, or must I wait until we're out of WiFi range? That's a problem w/ @WhistleLabs .
