Was at a complex today meeting with a renter. This poor girl came up to me and was very friendly. Tenant and others in the complex say they have seen her around for a while and pretty sure she was abandoned. She was covered in sores & fleas, eyes crusted [SEE FULL STORY IN PICS]:
