@DillonMartinez @pntrack @CoachHerriot @AltamontXCTF @GatesTrack It's a bit more work for coaches, but I think our boys like the 23 sec drill even more. Then you can see your distance and push harder, plus we go 4 at a time so it's a race. 210m means more than a 16.9 time in my opinion.

@pntrack @DillonMartinez @OwatonnaBoysTra It's just 8" off the track. Otherwise we'd always miss at least one tall runner, so I always use them now. I'll post a pic next time, and we have cones every 5m with markings that we put on the track for 23 sec drill to measure.

@pntrack @DillonMartinez @OwatonnaBoysTra Good idea on the video. I use the Costco almond plastic tubs, weighted down, to raise the freelap sensors and we don't ever miss times. That extra 8" seems to help with tall runners. Agreed single file on 3x150's. It's the outdoor 23's we run 4 in a heat.

@DillonMartinez @jjgtrack @OwatonnaBoysTra We have 16 chips. Run 16 guys single file, fastest to slowest. Video the start and the finish just in case of a new read.

@DillonMartinez @OwatonnaBoysTra No problem, be sure to screenshot a weather app with wind direction and don't forget to record that. I love Windy, best part is the 7 weather model comparison you can use.

@DillonMartinez @OwatonnaBoysTra Sorry @pntrack Tony have you ever tried 4 at once? Boys thrive on 4 at a time. Ranking idea gives some shuffling around each time we run it. Takes us 5 coaches/managers 1 to start, 4 to pick.
