i’ve asked help to my friends. a simple “you’re beautiful” is not enough. and i don’t know why i can’t appreciate that. i don’t know why is it so hard for me. and i don’t know if that could still change. i hope there’s still time. i tried everything. i hope there’s still a way.

i’ve always hated myself. insulted myself. loathed myself for everything. my looks, skills, academics, even the things that i excel at. and i could never know how to fix that.
