I’m convinced that writing down my long-term goals every day will help turn them into reality. Even though I won’t be able to “prove” this for another 30 years (approximately), I’m going to keep doing it.

Personal purposes: What are your REASONS for doing what you do? (You likely have multiple PURPOSES—don’t get caught in the trap of thinking you can only have one.)

Values: What concepts, beliefs, and ideals are most important to you? (E.g. Family, health, success, achievement, money, freedom… )

Business advice is like life advice. There’s not just ONE “right way.” The best decisions in life and business are always dependent on several things. Here are a few:

I’ve heard it said that we shouldn’t let the messenger get in the way of receiving a powerful message. Someone might believe things you don’t believe. They might do things you disagree with. But if they share a message that feels true to you. Embrace it.

People often get the most value from a product or service that they pay for. When people PAY they pay attention. And people often attribute a VALUE to something based on HOW MUCH they paid for it. BUT… most people won’t PAY until they perceive enough value. Show value first.

Who you become in the future is influenced by how you think today. What thoughts will you dwell on today? Will you believe that you’re capable of doing incredible things with your life? Keep dreaming big. And keep moving forward.

“Nothing in life is as important as you think it is, while you are thinking about it.” - Dr. Daniel Kahneman I remember this quote when I’m worried, fearful, or frustrated by something I’m thinking about. At some point, when we stop thinking about something, it loses its power.
