BREAKING: Looks like the ceasefire is about to end. Trump says that the US is going to start escorting ships in this Strait of Hormuz. I have a feeling this isn’t gonna play out like he thinks it will. It’s also an hour before the future’s markets open so he’s trying to push stocks up and oil down.

An oil loading terminal and, likely, a Pantsir anti-aircraft missile system were reportedly damaged in Primorsk, Leningrad region of Russia. Primorsk and Ust-Luga are Russia's largest oil ports in the northwest, exporting two million barrels of oil per day—40% of Russia's total oil.

Two Russian shadow fleet tankers were struck by Ukraine near the entrance to Novorossiysk port - President Zelenskyy. Repairs and restoration of the tankers will take a long time, requiring dry-docking and costly propeller replacements. These are the most effective sanctions in the world. Another success for Ukrainian Warriors - and another failure of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, which is unable to protect even the waters of its own largest naval base.

Russia has lost $7 billion in oil revenues due to UAV attacks - President Zelenskyy comments on strikes against Russian oil facilities and promises further actions. Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on strikes against oil infrastructure in the Russian Federation and announced further measures. “Based on the results of this April, our long-range ‘sanctions’ have reached a new level in three components: reducing Russian oil revenues, range, and intensity. It is important that not only is the target itself reached, as defined by the operational objective, but also that the downtime of the facility increases or, at the very least, its operations are significantly reduced,” Zelenskyy said. ‼️ Andrii Klymenko, editor-in-chief of BlackSeaNews: “In recent weeks, Ukrainian forces have carried out several dozen coordinated and calculated UAV and missile strikes across the entire chain of Russian oil processing and transportation infrastructure - including pipeline junction stations, oil refineries, and maritime export terminals in ports of the Baltic and Black Seas. Undoubtedly, Russia has sustained significant losses. The exact scale will likely only be assessable in about a month, based on actual export volumes of oil and petroleum products, as well as the condition of the domestic Russian market. It should be understood that in Russia, all indicators related to oil production, refining, and exports are strictly classified. Therefore, any figures or conclusions based on Russian sources may constitute deliberate disinformation. In our view, the key development at present is that a surplus of crude oil has formed in Russia, which cannot be processed at refineries due to damage caused by the attacks. As a result, Russia is attempting to push as much of this crude oil as possible onto export markets. However, even with this effort, due to damage to port terminals, we cautiously estimate a reduction in crude oil exports in April 2026 in the range of 17-20%. Further developments will depend on how quickly Russia can repair its refineries and port terminals, and, of course, on how effective continued Ukrainian military operations will be against Russia’s export capacity - revenues from which are used to finance the import of sanctioned goods for the production of missiles and other weapons.” 📹 The consequences of strikes on oil infrastructure facilities in Tuapse, Perm, and Novorossiysk

‼️Ukrainian Defenders have also struck a Kalibr carrier in Russian Primorsk. The operation was carried out jointly by the Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Main Intelligence Directorate, and the State Border Guard Service. A Karakurt-class missile ship, a patrol boat, and another tanker belonging to the shadow oil fleet were hit. The infrastructure of the oil loading port also sustained significant damage. Glory!

President Zelenskyy is currently visiting Armenia, where a Russian military base is located. The 102nd base is considered one of the largest Russian military bases abroad. The main purpose of the Ukrainian president’s visit is participation in the European Political Community (EPC) summit - to discuss strategies for ending the wars in Ukraine and Iran, as well as strengthening security coordination in Europe together with leaders from more than 40 countries. The Russian Federation and Belarus are absent from the summit.

‼️Dear friends from the United States. Here in Ukraine, we are already surprised by very little. So tell us - when are the aliens scheduled to arrive? We need to prepare. Former U.S. Navy rear admiral and ex–Deputy Secretary of Commerce Timothy Gallaudet stated that Earth is being observed by a higher extraterrestrial intelligence whose intentions are unclear. In an interview with Free Press, he said he participated in naval exercises during which UFOs were observed. He also made the same claims under oath before Congress. According to Gallaudet, encounters with aliens will become “the story of the century or the millennia.” “We're being visited by some type of higher order intelligence that we don't understand, and we don't even know their intentions. And it's happening often, frequently, and in our airspace, waterspace,” Gallaudet said. He added that encounters with extraterrestrial intelligence occur far more frequently than people realize.

According to satellite images, all reservoirs of 50,000 m³ were destroyed at Perm pumping station in Russia. Each of these reservoirs could store about 314,000 barrels of oil. The reservoirs themselves are very large (see second image for an idea on their size). A lot of technological pipes burned down, too. The station is out of order for some time. One 20,000 m³ reservoir (by estimates) has burned down partially, three more are undamaged as of now. That's a very successful operation: destroying about 70% of the station in two attacks.

It looks like there were two new attacks on Perm in Russia today. One was a repeated attack on the Perm oil pumping station, the other one was the Perm oil refinery. (This information requires confirmation). Basically, these are parts of one chain - the oil refinery, well, refines, and the pumping station transports oil. OSINT researchers believe that the Ukrainian drone hit the AVT-4 unit, a key one for primary oil processing. The fire also spread to the atmospheric distillation column, another key element in the work of the plant. Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez is one of the largest oil refineries in Russia. It has a capacity of about 13 million tons per year, and the fuel it produces is used for Russia's military needs.
