I think the Google and Firebase error where login was down is fixed now... Our apps are working again

@greghunkins @Firebase @Google @googlecloud 1. Create a script to log in to a test app every 30 seconds and update the db with the timestamp. 2. Have the status page show an error if the db's latest updated date is more than 2 minutes old. I'm amazed such a big company doesn't have something like this...
