i just got home from my in-person HR-user interview. the process was conducted in a panel interview and with an elimination system and what a humiliation ritual the whole process of job hunting as an entry-level candidate in this economy really is brutal…

@wawzdbry I'd say whenever you're more comfortable. I tried to wait out but school forced me. But give studying 2 at the same time a taste and see if you can give both enough attention. Or see if you have to really focus on 1.

@CRandoLangStudy Yes i read that somewhere too, it’s better to pick one until it sticks first (probably level B1/B2) and then we can start another one. I guess i need to be more patient 😅

@wawzdbry Well it can be confusing at times, I learned Mandarin after 4 semesters learning Japanese in college. But it did help me with my memorization for Chinese. The grammar structures are different. I'd say pick one and get familiar first then learn the second.
