It takes about 10 years of consistency and hard work to see tangible results. Many people begin on the first day with a lot of energy but only a few people last to see the 10th year and see the rewards of their efforts. That is because they lack the stamina to go that far.

I really hope we learn to give children more grace with their performance. Especially in primary school where so much is outside of their control. Their anxiety of "poor" performance in PLE eventually dies, but their memory of how we react to their performance stays forever.

@cobbo3 Easy fix to the "mentality problem" is to make the dresses exclusive to particular markets or perhaps create the illusion of exclusivity?

Ghana made dresses once sold for £379 in Selfridges, London, and some Ghanaians were willing to buy them there for that price seeing it as prestigious. However, they couldn't buy the same dresses in Accra for £37! - speaker at #kusifest2021 illustrating the "mentality problem".
