@zarincheg Thatvs a great feedback. I was wondering why it look so crowded. Simple icons would make sense!

@jkimlaunch I read always. I can suggest to replace screenshots by icons or simple illustrations that highlight the key value of the feature. Also it could be good to place them in order of the user journey, in the sequence how a user will release that they need each feature.

Does anyone actually read 'Feature section'? It's been a while I launched a new landing page and I don't like my 'Feature Section' Some roasting needed!

If you are in for a long term game, "Not knowing why it succeeded" Is worse than "Knowing why it failed" Wishing all builders to succeed, but if not, at least fail forward 👊

How do you keep engaged on X, when you are not a full time builder? When I was active months ago, I spent hours ideating and crafting posts. Now I am bit more spread thin, I can't spend as much time. Since coming back after months, I am having a bit of trouble to be hosest

Anyone exploring a new idea that you can't get out of your head? 🙄 Pitch me the idea and i'll share my 10 second take based on my 15yr~ experience. Feel free to try this to quickly validate. It's free to start.

@PiticVic This is something I've always done to validate ideas but this time just productized. Curious to hear if anyone prefers this way as well. Thats why i made it free to start 🙂

@lycfyi Funneling to your landing is another tough challenge but should be able to do with a bit of effort here and there. For the initial validation, you just need a few hundreds to visit your landing 🙂

@jkimlaunch actually this is a great idea especially if you have enough converted signals to follow up. I know I a lot of founders doing validation with less friction simply because they cannot get enough clicks to convert.

I stopped using 'Waitlists' or 'Pre-sale' to validate a new project. It simply has too much noise. Instead, I simulate payment experience. I did it to validate my previous projects - 3 companies (VC backed) and multiple side-projects. I have decided to productize this. Check it out 👇

@cameronnapoli That's right, you could 🙂 I just dont like to be commited by taking payments when I want to validate the idea or ideas as quick as possible

@jkimlaunch Cool idea! Devil's advocate here: Why not just add payment to the product instead of simulating?

2 ways of building a B2B SaaS WRONG WAY: • Invent a problem to solve • Talk to 0 prospects before building • Get validation from friends RIGHT WAY: • Find a pain to solve • Talk to prospects before building • Sell before building Do it the right way💪🏻

Is 'Waitlist' approach still a thing? I never used it in all my previous ventures. It simply has too much noise. Interest =! Intention to Pay The indie hacker playbook goes something like this: 1. Landing page test for waitlist. 2. From the waitlist, get some alpha/beta testers. 3. Convert enthusiastic testers into customers. The catch is often you get some feedback and interest but struggle converting to paying customer. The only true validation is someone to open their wallet and pay. Alternative is 'pre-sale', but it also suffers from misalignment in expectations.
