Update VO2 Max crusade @vvvdotnet Week 40 March Week 2 Component 1: HIIT 15/03/26 Rowing 4x2 min (16min) with the same rest time in between Max HR: 165 (target 162) Avg HR: 135 I did a good warm-up beforehand. Component 2: Moderate cardio 09/03/26 outdoor walking 22:13min 2,1km AVG HR 100 10/03/26 functional strength training 27min(18+9) AVG HR 105 ( I accidentally stopped instead of pausing) 12/03/26 outdoor walking 34:11min 3,47km, Avg HR 106 Additional sessions: 14/03/26 outdoor walking 28:38min , 2,37km AVG HR ~92 ( forgot to stop recording) 15/03/26 indoor walking 21:16min, 1,98km AVG HR 120 Another week of good VO2 max training, which strengthens me during a difficult phase.
