He was taken outside in handcuffs, transported to the hospital, and reportedly handcuffed to a hospital bed. He has a heart condition and had expressed concern about being forced outside into the extreme heat. After officials reviewed the footage and saw that he had not been acting belligerently, he was released with no charges. No identified crime. No charges.
