I believe transitioning from being a people pleaser to someone with better boundaries can feel quite strange. It’s challenging to distinguish between being mean and simply respecting your own feelings because you’re accustomed to prioritizing others’ emotions over your own. ✍🏾

Slowing down is the simplest way to express gratitude for existence. Instead of rushing past life, you’re resting in it, and appreciating the gift of each moment. ✍🏾

The worst person to be around is someone who complains about everything and appreciates nothing. ✍🏾

Crazy how peaceful life becomes once you heal and raise the bar on who gets access to you. ✍🏾

Bending over backwards to impress a room full of uninspired critics is pure emotional sabotage. Seeking validation from people you do not even respect is just a weak mind begging for permission to exist. Cut the cord. ✍🏾

The bare minimum be loud when you finally stop accepting it. ✍🏾

Stop being mad at the results you didn't get from the work you didn't do. ✍🏾

People often misunderstand the purpose of setting boundaries. It’s not about punishing, demanding change, or manipulating others into valuing you more. Boundaries are a form of self-love and respect for your personal space, regardless of how others react. ✍🏾
