Th replies are full of people making points that don’t apply to what he’s saying. Lane is full of 💩 a lot, but he’s not lying. And it was the case lonnnng before he got to Ole Miss. if you weren’t from Mississippi, there was always a hesitation to give them a real shot.

I love Peterson’s game and I don’t doubt he can be better than AJ, but I don’t think the Wizards can afford to gamble with the questions surrounding Peterson. On top of that, some Peterson comps thrown around are Tre Johnson and Bradley Beal. We tried building around Beal. Drafting Peterson means Tre Johnson (who we just used the 6th pick on) is either forced to be a bench player or forced to be traded The Wizards have never been in a position to draft a blue chip 6’9 athletic elite scorer who can pass with the #1 pick
