how to fix Neon:
- remove her ability to toggle sprint
- give her sprint a proper duration
- can only use slide within this window
- every 2 kills, she can sprint/slide again
- increase the quip time of weapons a tad when sliding
it cannot be this hard to balance Neon..

This guy at the CDL Paris Major infront of 40,000 people.. WOW. 🤯 it's an old tradition from southern France (especially at Rugby games and "Bouvine" events) The goal is for the trumpet player to engage the crowd after a stellar play. Imagine if a M8's player gets 3 😳👀
