I’ve been struggling the past few weeks. Migraines, nausea all the time. The only thing that has changed is the weather and the season. Is it just me? Is it ragweed allergies that are high right now? I feel like I can’t go outside. When I don’t have a migraine I still have a heavy head and sore neck. I’m getting Botox on the 11th - back of the neck and forehead etc. can’t wait to try this. I was doing so much better in June to July (2-3k average day) and now I’m getting 700 steps a day maybe 🤔. I haven’t cooked anything in weeks. Oh I changed all the Hepa filters and hubby changed the hvac. Is it just me?

@roxy_mojo I MHO, unless it gets twice the size and changes color I would ride it out. The most you would get is an x ray and a boot. The risk of reinfection while at the doctors outweighs any benefit you might get. I am not an orthopedic doctor, just a person who has done this before.
