Clarifying expectations is often overlooked. If you think about the concept of 'partnership' there are some fascinating parallels with argentinian tango!

This can allow an objective observations and provide guidance to the GB as a whole without finger pointing. Strong chairing is a must, but the CoG has to recognise this. Training/ peer support for the CoG is crucial.
