@jms10182 @Benny7459 The market does value projects on current value and developments. ICP is the only path future, the price will follow when it’s time.

$ICP I’m a big fan of Dom, think he is a genius, and has done great things for ICP. But if the man says the word “soon” one more time lol! I will admit, I have been copying him. When my kids ask me when I’m gonna be a crypto millionaire….soon!😂😂

I’m living proof of this. I’m not a developer—I’m a bathroom renovation builder. I’m using Claude to generate the natural language prompts, then feeding them into Caffeine to build an app I’ll actually use in my own business to save time, reduce admin, and improve quoting. Before using it, I thought the potential was mostly hype. Now that I’m building with it, I genuinely understand why people are excited. This is how you attract users outside crypto—not by talking about blockchain, but by giving people tools that solve real business problems.

internet-computer:native solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 ethereum:native cardano:native I'm genuinely blown away. I'm building a bathroom renovation app on Caffeine using Claude, and it's incredible. I have zero software development background. I'm just a builder describing what I want in plain English, and watching it come to life. Every hour I use it, I see more potential. If I can build something genuinely useful for my own business, imagine what experienced developers, enterprises and governments will be able to create. I don't think most people have realised what's coming yet. This feels like one of those technologies that seems hard to appreciate until you actually sit down and use it.

I think you’re looking at ICP as a collection of separate products instead of a complete system. Caffeine on its own? Interesting. Chain Fusion on its own? Interesting. Cloud Engines on their own? Interesting. AI inside applications? Interesting. Agentic organizations? Interesting. None of those individually are enough to justify the vision. The potential appears when you connect them all together. AI builds the app. The app runs on a Cloud Engine. The app can access BTC, ETH, SOL and other assets through Chain Fusion. The app stores its own data, logic and state on-chain. AI can interact directly with the application’s memory and workflows. Suddenly you’re not looking at “another blockchain.” You’re looking at a new model for building software and cloud infrastructure. Is it proven? No. Does it have massive adoption yet? No. That’s why it’s called potential. The debate isn’t whether ICP has already won. The debate is whether all these pieces coming together could create something much bigger than most people currently imagine.

Internet Computer Set to Unveil The Most Powerful DeFi Application in the world... Internet Computer's (@Dfinity) Founder, @Dominic_w, teases the launch of MULTI/DEX on ICP, a decentralized exchange architecture designed to operate without cross-chain bridges. The protocol enables native deposits and withdrawals directly from external chains, utilizing a unified liquidity vault and AMM outcalls to eliminate traditional arbitrage drain. Managed by the Network Nervous System (NNS) DAO, the platform integrates spot and margin trading with full decentralized autonomy. The demo video will be live soon, revealing its capabilities.

Chain Fusion is probably the most misunderstood innovation in crypto. Most chains need bridges, wrapped assets, custodians and third-party infrastructure to interact with other ecosystems. ICP can interact directly with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and others through cryptographic integrations. The significance isn’t just moving tokens around. It means a single application can access liquidity, assets and functionality across multiple chains without forcing users through bridge risk. If that scales, you’re no longer building apps for one blockchain. You’re building apps for the entire crypto economy. That’s why people are excited about it. Not because of today’s TVL, but because of what the architecture enables.

why are AI builders, developers and enterprises paying attention - citation needed. Literally no AI person or developer even knows or cares about it. chain fusion - what you said there doesnt make sense. last point - Does it attract people? To me it seems more like its increasingly costing a few people their sanity lol

Funny how people spend more time attacking ICP than talking about their own chain’s advantages. If Caffeine “sucks”, why are AI builders, developers and enterprises paying attention? If Chain Fusion “sucks”, why are other ecosystems still relying on bridges, wrapped assets and custodians? If ICP “sucks”, why does it keep attracting people who supposedly aren’t interested? Critics talk about what ICP hasn’t achieved yet. Builders talk about what becomes possible if it succeeds.

Hello MULTI/DEX 🔥 Should DFINITY release the most powerful DeFi application the world has ever seen? What's cool about it? Here are some factoids, the craziest at the end: 1. It runs on an ICP cloud engine (soon everyone can have one) and is 100% network resident and tamperproof. 2. It is genuinely multi-chain, with no bridging hassles for users (users can deposit straight into their accounts, and withdraw directly, from the native chains of tokens). 3. It is order book based, but also provides a traditional swap interface, which swaps arbitrary assets by routing across the underlying markets. 4. It supports both spot trading, and margin trading that lets traders go long and short with leverage. 5. It has an AMM (Automated Market Maker) that uses Internet Computer outcalls to determine outside prices, then delayed matching against AMM limit orders to prevent arbitrageurs draining liquidity, as can occur with traditional DEXs providing swaps. 6. The AMM maintains a unified liquidity vault, and doesn't need two liquidity pools for every trading pair, providing outstanding capital efficiency and liquidity compared with traditional DeFi systems. 7. Users can earn by depositing into the AMM Vault, and into an insurance pool that protects the vault from margin calls that fail to recover all capital (the insurance pool gets 5% of all liquidations). 8. MULTI/DEX runs on the decentralized Internet Computer network, and is 100% open source — unlike HyperLedger, say, which remains closed source, and has an single-purpose architecture closer to federated CEX hosted on a symmetric cluster of federated servers. 9. If we go ahead, we would propose that MULTI/DEX runs as part of the Internet Computer, in the sense it is controlled and updated by the NNS (The Internet Computer's Network Nervous System, the world's largest and most sophisticated DAO, which directly orchestrates and updates the network) providing unparalleled levels of autonomy, transparency, and security. 10.... and this is the BIG ONE... its backend is built using the latest Motoko language framework (soon to be released) that puts AI *inside* of its software. That means, in another seminal inventive step from DFINITY and Caffeine Labs technology teams, that AI can see, browse and query the realtime data inside the app/dapp's persistent memory and can create and execute ad hoc queries and update logic on-the-fly (subject to permissions). So, while for much of the time traders will be using the traditional UX shown in the pic, increasingly, they will be interacting with the exchange through AI chats that have the "Internet Computer Connector" MCP installed (soon to be released). On the one hand, traders will be able to use chat to ask for simple things, like current spot pricing and market depth, and the likely slippage on a spot market order, and for orders to be submitted, but on the other, for much more demanding things that require the AI to execute ad hoc functionality, such as "Look at my positions and margin pools, and rebalance them to give me more blended market exposure, while also adjusting for risks indicated by social media coverage of forthcoming market events, but wait for my approval of your plan before proceeding." This is a lot to take in, so I'm aiming to get a new demo video out ASAP that will demonstrate what's possible with this AIware, which will include MULTI/DEX — should be about a week!! Btw. for those wondering what might be the big picture beyond what I just described with MULTI/DEX: At DFINITY, we are in the process of transforming ourselves into an "agentic organization," where all our existing apps/SaaS is replaced by custom on-demand apps/SaaS running on cloud engines that are created and updated by AI. Of course, these on-demand apps/SaaS are being built using the new technology described that automatically puts AI inside and provides users with fluid functionality via chat. The totality of the apps/SaaS represents an enterprise "World Model," which incorporates as much of the enterprise's data as possible, enabling AI to perform incredibly powerful analyses and actions — when you see this is in action, you can't unsee what you saw, because it's clearly a huge leap beyond the status quo of today's tech, which is exactly what the Internet Computer project is about. This wraps up our new technology stack, created by leaning on unique aspects of "The Network is The Cloud" paradigm, and years of work, and what, together with cloud engines, will finally enable the Internet Computer to strike out into the massive mainstream cloud technology market.

Most people don’t understand why ICP’s Chain Fusion is a big deal. Imagine you’re using an app. You have: • Bitcoin • Ethereum • Solana • Stablecoins Today, moving between them often requires bridges, exchanges, wrapped tokens and extra trust assumptions. That’s where billions have been lost through hacks. Chain Fusion changes the model. Imagine opening one app and it can directly interact with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana without needing traditional bridges. The app doesn’t care where the asset lives. It simply accesses the liquidity. Think of it like this: Bitcoin is New York. Ethereum is London. Solana is Singapore. Most blockchains force you to travel between cities. Chain Fusion turns ICP into the airport connecting them all. That’s why I think it’s one of the most underappreciated innovations in crypto.

Another reminder that most of crypto is still relying on trust assumptions and middleware. Billions of dollars have been lost to bridge exploits because bridges create honeypots and additional attack surfaces. ICP takes a fundamentally different approach. With Chain Fusion, ICP can interact directly with networks like Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana without relying on traditional third-party bridges. No bridge operators. No bridge liquidity pools. No wrapped assets dependent on custodians. As AI agents, autonomous applications and machine-to-machine economies emerge, eliminating bridges isn’t just a security improvement. It’s a necessity. The future isn’t better bridges. The future is no bridges.

This is the interesting part: " $ICP has recorded 350x the revenue of Polkadot, owing to higher transaction volume. For context, ICP has recorded 290B transactions, compared to Polkadot's 45.9 M. "
BSCN@BSCNews

ICP Needs More Builders To Compete with Polkadot... Despite leading @Polkadot in several metrics, Internet Computer Protocol (@dfinity) falls way short in terms of builders across its ecosystem. According to @chainspect_app, ICP has 91.37% fewer developers than Polkadot, with roughly 781 developers compared to Polkadot's 9,056. However, ICP has recorded 350x the revenue of Polkadot, owing to higher transaction volume. For context, ICP has recorded 290B transactions, compared to Polkadot's 45.9 M. This represents the chain's growth, even with Polkadot a year older.

@grok People measure decentralization by validator count. Shouldn’t we also measure: • Where the app runs • Where the data lives • Where the storage lives • Where identity lives • Whether external infrastructure is required If the entire application stack stays inside the protocol, does ICP become one of the most decentralized systems from an infrastructure perspective?

Everyone talks about AI replacing jobs. Almost nobody talks about AI becoming economic participants. Agents will hire agents. Agents will create software. Agents will negotiate with other agents. Agents will manage workflows, budgets, approvals, logistics, and entire businesses 24/7. This isn’t a linear increase in activity. It’s a nonlinear explosion. Every AI agent needs: • Identity • Memory • Compute • Storage • Payments • Governance • Deterministic execution That’s why I find ICP so interesting. Its architecture wasn’t designed around moving tokens. It was designed around autonomous software. If billions of AI agents become the largest users of the internet, ICP starts looking less like a blockchain and more like the operating system for an agentic economy.

Raoul Pal: Agents spawn sub-agents, who spawn more sub-agents... "Agents building their own agents is a nonlinear function." And the scale won't follow Metcalfe's law - it'll follow Reed's law, which is the square of that. This is a Cambrian explosion of new economic participants. FT @RaoulGMI @RealVision.

Because “maybe” isn’t good enough for execution. AI can decide. But when an agent approves a budget, signs a contract, updates a database, moves funds, or creates another agent, the result must be deterministic and verifiable. AI needs a deterministic automation layer for the same reason humans need laws and accounting systems. ICP was built around deterministic execution from day one. That’s essentially the ICP thesis
