She was his ex partner who first met him as his carer in 2022 and was trusted with his medical appointments and bills. The scheme ran from August 2023 to February 2024 with 13 police calls and seven false witness statements that also secured a non molestation order against him in family court. Judge Gareth Branston at Maidstone Crown Court sentenced her on March 19th 2026 calling the offending sophisticated premeditated and relentless plus an appalling abuse of trust that wasted police court and prison resources. Andrews health declined sharply during his three months on remand at HMP Elmley including significant weight loss and a further cancer diagnosis that left him too ill to attend the hearing. The court imposed a 10 year restraining order on Kinrade.

This is Lauren Kinrade, 35, from Kent. She made twenty false rape allegations against an elderly cancer patient whom she cared for. The innocent man, 71 - who also has Parkinson's disease - spent THREE MONTHS in prison. Kinrade was jailed for 4yrs, but will be out in two. 🇬🇧
