@BettingOnX I think there’s some extra edge in playing in-game. You might miss your original line, but the value often makes up for it in the long run. It could be something to consider with your hedge plays—those futures you’ve got look solid. Hoping you hit the GOB!

@jnapcenter My units are smaller than most people that do what I do, and I go to 1.5 or 2 unit plays pretty regularly. Going above that is rare for me. I pretty much will only do 3/3.5 units with tennis plays (probably 5-10 times per year), season win totals or playoff series.

I'm going to reference my Pacers (44-1 to win East) and Wolves (14-1 & 20-1 to win West, plus 75-1 to win NBA Finals) futures in my spots/articles the next couple of days, but I also had plenty of losers (Cavs to win title & Rockets, Clippers, Grizzlies to win West).

Week 3 NFL With multiple key injuries to NE and this being a Home opener, I'm on the Jets-6 Because my partner is at a conference all week, I'm taking his blind Under in CFB: Iowa - Minn under 35.5 I recommend getting it before it goes any lower, I already see multiple 35's.

Week 2 NFL: Packers +3 (-$1.15) I usually prefer not to make these plays too early, but since the line has already dropped from 3.5 and I see the sharpest book in the universe offering the dog at +2.5 with a -$1.17 line, I want to grab the 3 while it's still available.

I found a 5.5 at an internationally recognized sportsbook known for handling large bets. Unfortunately, you can't log in from the USA, but I use their odds as a benchmark because they are among the most accurate globally.

If I had jumped at +5.5 and moved it to +6 as suggested, the result is clear, but it would have cost at least $1.30, and I don't think it was available on the two platforms I'm using. I have to admit, there's always something to learn.

Night Game: LA Rams +5.5

Here's another obvious fact: this is really HARD. If you're looking for sports betting advice, maybe it's time to find another line of work!

Take the +5 at 1.10 and don’t spend extra for the hook. Paying more for a half-point to ensure a win instead of a push isn’t worth it. It’s a smarter investment to stick with the original line.

My rule is to avoid placing bets after 21:00 since I’m up at 05:00, ready to hit the ground running.
